• Reservations require deposit of one night's stay. Credit card can be held, or check can be mailed.
• Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express , Travelers Cheques or Cash. 
• Cancellation requires 7-day notice prior to arrival date for refund. 
  If room can be re-rented, refund will be given.
• Multi-night/Group bookings require non-refundable deposit (50% of total) at time of booking. Remainder due 30 days before arrival date. Nonrefundable unless rooms can be rerented. We will make every effort to rerent them, but multiple rooms at the last minute can be difficult.
• Check in: 4 - 6 PM
  Early check-in when possible.
  Late arrivals are no problem; please let us know your schedule before arrival.
• Check out: 11:00 AM 
• A rollaway is available (it's actually comfortable). For the best fit, it really should be used in Room 4. Please check availability and prearrange. Extra person in room $50 additional charge, defrays the cost of room set up, laundry and breakfast.
• No Smoking inside - minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged. 
• Sorry, No Pets. Excellent nearby veterinary office offers boarding - just ask and we'll recommend.
